Profit is Not a Dirty Word

Sadly, many hairdressers feel that salon owners are greedy. Online I read countless comments of hairdressers claiming owner make a profit at their expense. Perhaps these are some of the reasons why the standard of living for hairdressers are so low. Turnover and business instability is destroying our standard of living. Staff Pirating is Bad Business

Over the years many of my staff would receive recruitment letters offering higher commissions, booth rental options, suites, and other incentives if they'd leave my salon to join this new one.
