It Is Time for Educational Reform.
As we near the end of this destructive pandemic, now is the time to reform our outdated educational system to better meet the growing job market and consumer demands.
Business practices that may have worked in the past are over.
Our profession will never be the same.
It’s time for new ideas, new concepts, and innovation.
If we are to rebuild our business and career, raise the standard of living for hairdressers, and improve salon profits for salon owners and everyone involved with the beauty profession, then we as salon owners must take the lead and raise our standard of educational excellence. We must unite and address and find solutions to the many challenges of owning a successful business if we are to grow our business and help our hairdressers raise their standard of living.
As a salon owner and working hairdresser, you represent the heart and soul of the beauty profession. Your personal, professional, and financial success will bring success to everyone involved with the beauty profession.
For too long, many salon owners have been facing the daily challenges of salon ownership in isolation, spending 10-12 long hours per day working behind the chair and sacrificing their personal life & time with family to keep their business growing and profitable.
For over a year this pandemic has caused so much hardship, personally, professionally, and financially.
It is time for Change, Innovation, Higher Learning Standards, Educational Reform, New Ideas, and New Concepts in Education for the Beauty Profession free of Special Interest Groups
Isn’t it time for educational reform and a new beginning? I believe it is, and I see a growing need for more quality education in the following areas:

The above areas of concern must be addressed if our professional and salon owners are to survive and reach higher levels of excellence. Good is not enough anymore. As a survivor of the school of hard knocks and a hairdresser salon owner who for 46 years fought to overcome many of the above obstacles and challenges and a concerned beauty industry professional, I formed Hairdresser Career Development Systems to fill this educational void free of any special interests groups. I urge committed hairdressers and salon owners to take control of their own destiny and join me in taking back our profession and our standard of living.
If we are to raise our standard of living, we must raise our standard of educational excellence, good is not enough anymore.
I am currently developing my advanced educational concept called the University of Educational Excellence for Beauty Professionals free of any special interest groups.
This new University on higher learning will be focused on your Business and Educational needs.
This digital website
is only about you and your growth and development.
It truly is time for educational reform and a new beginning for beauty professionals! I formed Hairdresser Career Development Systems to address these challenges
