BY-LAWS

The focus of this alliance network is to address and find solutions to the many deep rooted challenges facing salon owners.
To this end, we adopt the following principles.

• There will be no recruiting of fellow salon owners’ staff members
• We will promote honesty and a positive Code of Ethics
• We will show courtesy and respect for a fellow owner’s opinion
• We can agree to disagree
• There will be no discussion of products or manufacturers

Any salon owner who does not abide by these by-laws will forfeit membership in the Salon Owners Alliance Network
