Monday – Tuesday August 24-25 I will be presenting my 2 day tough love presentation on How to Build and Grow a Successful Business, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
As salon owners I know you want information, resources, and solutions to the many challenges of owning a successful and profitable business.

If we are to improve salon profits and address and overcome the many challenges of owning a successful business and stem the flow of salon failures, we must ask the question why this occurring and how can we reverse this trend.
Studies show only 7% salons are profitable beyond 7 years due to poor business management skills. This need not happen to you.
Despite these challenges I see windows of great opportunity for well managed upscale salons with highly trained professionals.
Why is it so few salons survive? There are many reasons, poor planning, lack of leadership skills, poor business management skills to name a few. Far too many salon owners will not take the time to develop powerful business and leadership skills and will stay in their comfort zone learning by trial and error.
I want to share my tough love programs with the new entrepreneur salon owner who truly want to take their salon and staff to higher levels of excellence.
I want to share my 43 years of salon ownership by offering opinions and provide solutions for salon owners throughout the U.S. and Canada. I am one of the 7% of owners who defied the above challenges of owning profitable salons. It took me over 43 years of experience and 10 years as an educator.
