Sadly all you’re seeing are the negatives by some people such in the media, journalists and so called pundits  spreading rumors or may be playing politics. This is causing worry and anxiety for many people, they never look for the positives, they dwell on the negatives.

It doesn’t matter if you are Democrats, Republicans, or Independents, we’re talking about our health and safety.

The Corona Virus affects everyone, don’t let these people scare you, turn the damn T.V. off or view something positive. Use this valuable time to view a nice movie, listen to some music, develop your marketing skills, enjoy your family, use your time wisely during this temporary crisis.

Read a book on self-improvement, review your finances on how you can make cuts.  Go for a walk. This may be a good time to change your eating habits.  Read a book on ways to stay healthy. Yes we will have to make a few sacrifices.

Here is a quote I read recently, “I have seen the enemy and the enemy is us.”  Take this time to  view a nice movie or listen to beautiful music, use your time wisely during this temporary crisis, take the time to plan for the success and growth of your business.  I do see a coming boom.

We have the greatest doctors, scientists, medical experts, in the world; they will find a solution to this virus and other diseases.

Be sure to concentrate on your blessings—not you’re your distresses.

Here is a quote I read recently, “I have seen the enemy, and the enemy is us. “

If you stay focused on the positives in life you won’t see too much of the negatives.
Peace of mind will depend on the strength of mind. The greatest enemy of man is not disease—it’s despair. Stay healthy and positive.
