Social media – take advantage of all the opportunities social media offers like face book, twitter, etc.

Video – film your own video commercial using you tube, then link to your Facebook business fan page and web site

Incentives – offer a signing bonus if your new member to your team exceed your six month probation period.

Talent is available; your challenge is to make a firm commitment and effort when seeking new members to your team. This, system works with new fresh young talent, it is much easier to mold young talent into your team culture.
